The forging technology "hook manufacturing process" of Tanaka Nobutetsu Co., Ltd. involves heating the material, followed by tip elongation forging and bending forging of the hook. After the bending forging, the mold for die forging is replaced, and the rough forged hook is reheated. The die forging includes burr removal, and it is completed with tap forging to meet the needs of our clients.
